Deposits

All orders require a 50% Credit Card deposit. Deposits are NON-refundable. BUT if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date, your deposit will stay good (as a credit) for up to 12 months. If you have to cancel due to weather, your deposit will also stay good for up to 12 months and can be used towards a future rental.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date, your payment will stay good (as a credit) for up to 12 months. If you have to RESCHEDULE due to weather, your payment will also stay good for up to 12 months and can be used towards a future rental. There is a 25% cancellation fee for orders cancelled within 7 days of the event.
